UK casino groups and the sites they own

39 groups run two or more of the 518 brands in this index. A casino group is the company behind a set of sites: sometimes one licence holder, sometimes a parent with several. The biggest is Jumpman Gaming with 95 brands.

Groups by number of brands

Counted from the Gambling Commission register. Groups with a link have a full page; the others get one as their brands are compared.

Why the owner matters when you look for a similar site

Brands on one licence usually run on one platform. That means the same game suppliers, the same cashier, often the same page layout with a different logo on top, and welcome terms written from one template. If you like how a site works, its group is the first place to find another like it.

It cuts the other way too. A group's terms can treat its brands as one: an offer limited to a set number of brands in the network, or a welcome bonus that is void if you already hold an account elsewhere in the family. Each group page records the examples we have seen, with the date.

Owner is one of six factors in the match score. It counts for 15 points out of 100.

  • Licence holders, account numbers and domains: the Gambling Commission public register
  • Parent groups come from our brand dataset; where no parent is recorded, the licence holder is listed as the group
